When the agent wants to see a home you automatically get and email / text or app on your phone so you can see and approve of the showing!

WARNING! This is a Limited Service listing. You are expected to do the work typically done by us, the listing agent. This is a sellers market and most listings get multiple offers. You will need to know, understand and take on potential liability as to the complexity of how to handle them.
DO NOT expect a buyers agent to do your / our work. The Basic Plan is for those wanting MLS marketing, without the extras. This plan is designed for those who are experienced with the entire selling process and will need very little broker support. Support is available but with extra fees.
Just a note as you consider things: Most agents do not like to deal with sellers... Right or wrong, they assume as the seller is not in the business, they may mess up the deal and make it harder. Therefore most of our sellers do the full service listings. Full service takes the "Fear Factor" out of the deal as we help from start to finish.
This is a Flat Fee MLS upgrade, better listing but still limited service. You as seller will be responsible to know, understand and handle all aspects of the offer process. This as opposed to the full service options.
This is our most popular flat fee mls plan. The big difference between limited service and full service is that we do everything just like a traditional Realtor does. We help with a free market analysis if you wish, we guide you from start to finish too. When the offer comes in we go over it with you and help you get the highest price and best terms! We can usually negotiate a far better deal than you going it alone. We help from offer to closing, regardless of how many offers we may receive. For the small extra cost, this is really the way to go!
This is the same as the other full service flat fee mls listing except we come to your home, discuss everything like a traditional Realtor. This service is only available within 75 miles of Ann Arbor as that is our office location.
Included in all but the basic plans. Every home seller should have a lockbox. The more convenient you make it to show, the better the odds of a sale. The minute you leave town you'll realize you need one. If you don't have one, you should it helps.
