Max number of photos allowed by MLS:
1. Each MLS has its own max number of photos allowed on the MLS. Ask the broker if there are any additional questions.
You may cancel the listing at any time, for any reason, unless your home is under contract. Early termination fee could apply and any upfront fee is non-refundable.
The MLS does not allow us to cancel if a property is under contract.
A commission must be paid when listing in the Realtor MLS. See plans which shows total commission paid at closing (includes listing & buyer's agent).
The only way to get on realtor.com is the be listed with a REALTOR® on the MLS. We have set up the MLS to feed your property onto realtor.com.
Listing on local REALTOR® sites:
Once you are on the MLS, your listing will automatically down-load to Zillow & Trulia. Downloading to all web sites is a function of the MLS in your area.
It is not included and will be seller's responsibility to order one.

Depending on where your home is located there is a great advantage to get added to more than one MLS boards to ensure all of the agents are seeing your home. Not all agents are a part of all of the MLS boards in the State of Iowa.
This allows sellers to sign listing paperwork and contract documents electronically vs. printing them off to sign by hand.
