When the purchase contract comes in we will review all details and let you know what everything means. We'll give you options and put together a counter offer of the terms you want changed and included. We handle the back and forth until we have an accepted offer. Then we handle the entire process all the way through closing.
Once we have an accepted offer we will open escrow, order the preliminary title report and make sure the escrow officer has all the information to process the sale. We have pre-negotated a preferred rate with an escrow company, so you can be sure you are not being over charged for excellent service.
We have a network of real estate photographers that will come to your home and take digital photos that they will process so that they look their best. This is an optional product and price vary depending on the size of the house and the number of photos required.
A professional photographer will come to your home with a Matterport camera and create a 3D virtual tour. This is an optional service and the fee is based upon the size of the home.

$299 at the time the property is listed and 0% at closing if the buyer has not agent.
For those that want to be listed in the MLS and are comfortable handling the disclosures and contract processes themselves.
Sell you property as a For Sale By Owner direct to a buyer and pay NO COMMISSION and NO TRANSACTION FEE. If an Agent represents the Buyer a “Transaction Coordination Fee” of 1/10 of 1 percent (0.1%) of the Purchase Price will be collected at closing to cover costs associated with coordinating the transaction and employing and enforcing policies and procedures required to stay compliant with State Laws and MLS Rules.
