Chris Nye, Founder/Broker After a career as an officer in Special Forces with the United State Army, Chris began his full-time adventure in real estate in 1992 and started his own brokerage in 1997. In 1999 and 2000 Chris tested several models designed to improve consumer satisfaction with the real estate sales experience, and in 2001 Chris implemented the Flat Fee concept.
